Earnings disclaimer
Sense KB writes about ways to earn extra income. This page explains how to read the numbers and ideas in those articles.
No income is promised
Nothing on Sense KB is a promise, guarantee or forecast of income. Earnings vary from person to person and may be nothing at all.
Figures come from providers
When an article quotes pay, such as the amounts Respondent says its studies pay, those are the provider’s own statements about its service at the time we checked them. They are not averages, targets or predictions of what a reader will earn, and providers can change them without notice.
What shapes what you earn
- Providers set their own eligibility rules, and approval is not guaranteed.
- Work is usually offered only when your answers or skills match what a client needs, and availability changes.
- Pay depends on the type and length of each task or session, and where a provider pays per completed task, nothing is paid for work you do not complete.
- Your time, equipment, location and experience all play a part.
Independent work and tax
Where a provider pays per completed task, you are normally paid as an independent contributor rather than an employee. Tax on any extra income is your own responsibility, and a qualified adviser can tell you what applies to you.
Not advice
Articles on Sense KB are general information, not financial, tax, legal or employment advice. Please read each provider’s own terms before you register, and see our Affiliate disclosure for how the site is funded.
